1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on our website are digital reports that are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of this:

  • All sales are generally final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered
  • By purchasing, you agree to this policy

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

  • You were charged more than once for the same report
  • Accidental multiple transactions

Technical Errors

  • The report was not delivered due to a system error
  • Payment was processed but no report was generated

Invalid Report Data

  • The VIN/HIN provided returns no data or unusable results
    (subject to verification by our team)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You entered an incorrect VIN or HIN
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You expected different or more detailed information
  • You did not read the report description before purchase
  • You are dissatisfied with data sourced from third parties
  • The report has already been successfully delivered

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase
  2. Provide:
    • Full name
    • Email used during purchase
    • Transaction ID / payment proof
    • Reason for refund request
